To: USSSA 16 and 18 under 2006 Missouri State Tournament Participant

Tournament Dates: July 6^th  thru July 9^th ,2006      

The number of teams entered will determine if played in 3 or 4 days.                                              

Thank you for your recent state tournament entry. We want to make this your best tournament experience!. Any special requests should be made known as soon as possible.

First requesting teams get priority on requests, but this is not guaranteed.

Tournament Brackets: As soon as received from the State office, schedules will be made. You can obtain this from the web site at www.championdiamonds.com , or e-mailing me at russ@championdiamonds.com, and by calling Champion Athletics at 417-667-4993. 

The tournament will start Friday unless there are enough teams to require a Thursday start. All teams should be prepared for a Thursday start. During the state tournament, skills challenge will be held if time allows. This will be posted on the tournament schedule. USSSA pitching is strictly followed. Starts times may be requested, but not guaranteed. Make sure you understand the USSSA pitching rules and proper protest procedure! Tournament pitching will be posted within 15 minutes after each game.

 Gate fees are $5/day with a weekend pass available at the gate. Although we have an open gate policy, alcohol will not be allowed in the park. Violators will be ejected for the tournament.

 Tournament T-shirts with team names will be available in a limited number at the tournament. You can pre-order and save 20% by either filling out an order form (put link here) and mailing to Champion Diamonds, or calling Joe at 417-667-4993.

 Rain line number will be given at check-in prior to the first game, otherwise coaches should contact 417-667-4993 prior to the tournament if any questions. Coaches should have a plan to get information to their players.

This is our 7^th year hosting USSSA State Tournaments’ and look forward to your teams’ participation.
