Tournament Descriptions
Champion
Diamonds is one the premier destination sites in the Midwest for tournament baseball. A tournament director is always on site. Game
balls are provided. The adult umpire staff is professional.
Of course, all
infields are grass as is meant for the game of baseball.
Tournament
Format is 3 game guarantee with the first two games being
seeding games. Higher seeded team is home team thru bracket
play. USSSA pitching rules are strictly followed.
Freeman World Series Qualifier
Kick off the
season with a 2 day, USSSA sanctioned World Series Qualifier.
AA
Slugfest and AA Challenge
Tournaments
for AA level teams only. These qualify for USSSA Nationals.
AAA
Spring Challenge World Series Qualifier
Another 2 day,
USSSA sanctioned World Series Qualifier.
Wood Bat Classic World Series Qualifier
This is the 5th
year for this tournament. All teams receive 2 complimentary
bats. Wood bats and grass infields make all teams competitive.
NBC
World Series Qualifier
This is the 3rd year
for this tournament. This is an open tournament for elite 18
under teams, collegiate summer teams and pickup adult teams.
Cash prizes are awarded to the top three teams and a 2nd
round berth to the NBC tournament.
