2005 USSSA Baseball 16 & 18
under AA World Series

Congratulations on an outstanding
season and welcome to the 2005 USSSA Baseball 16 & 18 and under AA World
Series.. Your tournament host will be Champion Diamonds Sports Complex and
it will be our goal to create an experience that the players, coaches and
families will remember for the rest of their lives. Your USSSA Baseball
State Director will enter teams in the appropriate age and the appropriate
division of play. Click here for your
USSSA State Director. The tournament will be played at Champion Diamonds
in Nevada, MO, and other area fields July 28 -31.

The USSSA Baseball program will
use the "Pool-Play" format in this World Series.. Teams will be placed in
pools, then advance to either a double elimination championship bracket or a
single elimination consolation bracket. The exact format of the tournament,
e.g., number of pools, number of teams in each pool, etc., will be set by
the Tournament Director following USSSA Baseball guidelines and be approved
by the USSSA Baseball National Committee. |

Your team’s
ENTRY FORM,
OFFICIAL ROSTER and cashier’s check or money order for the entry fee, in
the amount of $550.00 made payable to Champion Diamonds USSSA Baseball
MUST BE RECEIVED AT TOURNAMENT HEADQUARTERS BY 12:00 P.M. JULY 25, 2005 to
guarantee your spot in the tournament. |

All of the above should be
sent to your USSSA Baseball State Director who will then forward this
material along with your official roster and a letter of transmittal to Russ
Kemm, Rt 4 box 119-1, Nevada, MO 64772. Entries for National Tournament
teams MUST BE RECEIVED AT TOURNAMENT HEADQUARTERS BY 12:00 P.M. JULY 25,
2005. |

THE ROSTER WE RECEIVE MUST BE
SIGNED BY YOUR STATE DIRECTOR. THIS ROSTER MUST BE THE ONE THAT WAS
SUBMITTED TO YOUR STATE AND/OR AREA DIRECTOR WHEN YOUR TEAM QUALIFIED FOR
THIS TOURNAMENT. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN YOUR TEAM’S
SUSPENSION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS TOURNAMENT! PLAYERS WILL BE
INDIVIDUALLY CHECKED IN AT EACH TOURNAMENT WITH PROPER
USSSA APPROVED ID OR BIRTH CERTIFICATES IN HAND. |

All players participating in
USSSA Baseball tournament play shall have photocopies of their original
birth certificates in the possession of their team manager. Failure to have
a copy of the birth certificate available upon demand will result in the
offending team losing the game, being ejected from the tournament, being
placed last in the standings and forfeiting all awards, sponsors travel
money and tournament berths the team would have been awarded at the
tournament. |

The USSSA Baseball Handbook and the National League rules shall govern
all playing rules not specifically covered above for Major League
Baseball.

Admission during the tournament
will be $6.00 per person per day or $25.00 for a tournament pass. For
children (6-12) the charge will be $3.00 or $12.00 for a tournament pass.
Coaches will be issued a maximum of four (4) per team. PASSES MUST BE
PRESENTED TO GAIN ADMITTANCE TO THE PARK, NO EXCEPTIONS!
